MEET INFORMATION                                       

Teams:  Augsburg, Bethel, St. Benedict,  Carleton, Crown, Concordia-St. Paul, Macalester, North Central-MN, Northwestern-Roseville, St. Cloud State, St. Olaf, St. Thomas, St. Catherine, UW Superior, UW River Falls, U of M Running Club, U of Minnesota, U of Minnesota Duluth, U o fM Morris, St.John’s, Martin Luther

BASIC INFORMATION:  

SATURDAY START TIME:  10:00 am  Running and Field Events

ENTRY FEE: $200.00 per team per gender.  Checks can be made to Hamline University

ENTRIES: Due Thursday, March 30 at 7:00pm. Entry link is at www.wayzataresults.com.  Use entry marks that are reasonable for your athletes at this time of the season. Please do not load up your multi-eventers at this meet.

 

ONLY THE FOLLOWING UNATTACHED ATHLETES MAY COMPETE IN THE MEET: Collegiate Red Shirts may compete in all events. Post collegiate athletes may compete only in the 1500, 3K steeple and 5K. All unattached non-college athletes can enter through Wayzata Results. Entry fee for non-college athletes is $25.00 and must be paid at the time of entry.

SPIKES:  ¼” pyramid is the longest allowable. No pins or christmas trees allowed.

RUNNING EVENTS:  Timed section finals fastest to slowest….no prelims! The 200 will be seeded at the meet. Athletes must check in before the start of the 800.

HORIZONTAL JUMPS: Flights will be seeded by performance. No finals.  All athletes will receive 4 jumps

HJ & PV: Starting heights will be determined after fields have been established

THROWING EVENTS: Flights will be seeded by performance. No finals. All athletes will receive 4 throws.

WEIGH-IN: @ 8:30-10:00 am on east side of stadium  **Updated time due to high number of entries**

HEAT SHEETS: Will be posted by noon on Friday @ hamlinetrack.com
