Final Instructions and Information

START TIME:  10:30 A.M. Field Events, 11 A.M. Running Events
SPIKES
:  ¼” pyramid is the longest allowable. No pins or christmas trees allowed.
SCORING:
we will score the meet as follows. Individuals: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 and  relays: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 All individual entries shall have the ability to score in the competition. One relay entry per institution shall score. More than one relay team can be entered but only one will score.
 
RUNNING EVENTS:   Will be run in sections… no prelims (except 100m hurdles and 110m hurdles. We will run the hurdles twice regardless of the number of competitors). 200 will be seeded at the meet. Athletes MUST check in between 12:15 P.M. and 12:40 P.M. in the center of the football field.

UNATTACHED ATHLETES:  No unattached athletes will be allowed
 
TEAM CAMPS:
Camps may be in the stands, on the grass outside the track or in Walker Fieldhouse. NO CAMPS IN THE INFIELD! Infield is for warm-up only

HORIZONTAL JUMPS:  
-Flights will be seeded by performance.
-Top entrants will go in last flight.
-Top 9 athletes will advance to finals

HIGH JUMP and POLE VAULT:
-Starting heights will be available at the meet.
-These events will be moved inside in case of inclement weather

THROWING EVENTS:
Weigh in: 9:30 A.M to 10:15 A.M. (Weigh in only if you have a chance to qualify for nationals, even an outside chance) Flights will be seeded by performance. Top 9 athletes will advance to finals. Top entrants will go in the last flight. ENTRY FEE:  $120 per team ($240 for both men and women)
